The latest BarTender Cloud release increases operational efficiency by reducing unnecessary steps in your label printing workflow. Get an early look at BarTender 12 with simple, pre-configured tools that accelerate label printing and protect your mission-critical labeling.

Accelerate label printing with pre-configured Zebra and Microsoft connections

It has never been easier to print to your Zebra printers or from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 business system. The latest release introduces new pre-configured connections that minimize manual steps, operator errors, and hard-coded integrations.

You can now print directly to your Zebra printers in less than a few minutes using our all-new Cloud Connect printing. The new feature enables you to add, connect, and print to any Zebra DNA printer that leverages the Zebra Weblink, so you can skip any manual setup and installation altogether. And, this is only the beginning as we will continue to expand Cloud Connect to other printing, marking, and coding devices.

Additionally, we have enhanced the BarTender Print Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The pre-built print connector allows you to print directly from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Supply Chain Management)—all without any programming or having to open BarTender. With the latest release, the BarTender Print Connector connects multiple tables from the same database using a single base record that auto-populates fields at print time, reducing redundant data entry and operator errors.

Protect your mission-critical labeling with stronger, expanded authorization

We have expanded and streamlined our single sign-on (SSO) capabilities to give you greater control and ensure only authorized users access your labeling environment. You can now implement SSO with any OIDC provider, and for even faster setup, we have added pre-configured support for Microsoft EntraID and PingID.

The latest BarTender Cloud enhancements improve Azure SQL connection and reprinting usability.

• Connect to Azure SQL using any port beyond the default seamlessly.
• Reprint labels containing multi-line text objects, including labels that use <CR><LF> to separate text.
